Multi-Leaf Damper JK-LP / JK-LU Description Application range The multi-leaf dampers types JK-LP 180 and JK-LU 180 are used in ventilation and air-conditioning systems as control, throttle or shut-off dampers for the pressure and volumetric flow regulation. The flow-favouring aluminium blades are adjusted together, rotating in opposite directions, via external plastic gear wheels. The external arrangement of the gears has the benefit that in comparison to internally arranged wheels exposed to the air flow, they do not become soiled so quickly.
