  • Adapt usage based on weather conditions.
Fuel Handling
  • Select appropriate wood and ensure it is properly stored and dried.
  • Illegal to use certain materials as fuel.
Maintenance
  • Regularly sweep the chimney and clean the stove.
  • Check and service the stove components as needed.
Troubleshooting and Warranty
  • Refer to the troubleshooting section for common issues.
  • Warranty details are provided for customer assurance.
Chimney and Stove Connection
Guidance is provided for connecting a stove to an existing or pre-fabricated chimney. Consultation with an authorized dealer or chimney sweep is recommended to ensure compliance with manufacturer instructions. The chimney must have a minimum diameter of 148 mm, be labeled T400 and G for soot testing, and have a minimum length of 4.5 meters. Using a curved elbow pipe is advised for better draught, and safety distances must be adhered to.
Storage and Safety
Flammable materials should be stored with caution, using delivered magnets as distance pieces. Safety distances as per European, national, and local regulations must be maintained, particularly a 1500 mm distance from furniture to the stove glass.
Operating Instructions
The stove door should be closed firmly, similar to a car door. The flue connection piece can be adjusted for top or rear outlet, and components are located in the stove’s combustion chamber.
Fresh Air Intake and Combustion
In well-insulated homes, ensuring a fresh air supply is crucial. Installation of external air supply systems is outlined, recommending a minimum Ø100 mm ventilation pipe with a maximum length of 6 meters. The closed combustion system is advised for airtight homes, with specific instructions for mounting external air supply through the bottom or rear of the cassette.
Wall-Hung Model Installation
Installation must comply with building regulations, ensuring the stove is mounted on a non-flammable wall. The chimney must be self-supporting and not rest on the stove. Consultation with a building expert is advised for planning and approval.
Chimney and Draught Management
To ensure optimal draught, the chimney must reach operating temperature quickly, especially in poor weather conditions. Use thin wood and fire lighters to achieve this. Regularly check for blockages, especially after long periods of non-use. Multiple units can connect to one chimney, but regulations must be checked.
Chimney Fire Protocol
In case of a chimney fire, keep all stove openings closed and contact emergency services. A chimney sweep should inspect the chimney before reuse.
Wood Selection and Handling
Different woods have varying calorific values. Beech and oak have high values, requiring less fuel. Wood should be dry, with moisture content between 15-18% for efficiency. Illegal fuels include painted or treated wood, chipboard, and plastics.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular sweeping and cleaning are essential. Check for cracks and ensure gaskets are intact. Service the stove every two years using original parts. Clean glass with appropriate cleaners, avoiding contact with gaskets and painted surfaces.
Troubleshooting
Common issues include smoke escaping, rapid wood burning, and soot build-up. Causes range from damp wood to incorrect air settings. Ensure proper chimney draught and use dry wood.
Warranty Information
A 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear parts. The warranty is void in cases of incorrect installation, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

LOAD-BEARING FOUNDATION All items in our product range come under the category of lightweight fireplaces and stoves and do not normally require any reinforcement of the beam structure. They can be positioned on ordinary beams/floor. You should of course make sure that the foundation on which the stove is positioned can indeed support the weight of the stove and, where applicable, a steel chimney, if you have opted for this solution. In case of doubt about the carrying capacity of the floor, please consult a building expert. FLOOR PLATE If you are placing the stove on a flammable floor, you must...

SAFETY DISTANCE European, national and local regulations concerning safety distances for wood-burning stoves and flue pipes must be complied with. If you connect the stove to a steel chimney, the safety distances of the steel chimney must also be respected. DISTANCE TO FURNITURE Distance to furniture from glass: 1500 mm. You should however assess whether furniture or other items might become excessively dry due to being too close to the stove. The wood-burning stove must be set up so that the stove itself, the flue pipe, and the chimney can all be cleaned. Målskitse Scan 1003-B VÆGT: N/A TG.NR:...
