The bowl is made of Tritan™ (food-grade recyclable co-polyester which is free of BPA and any other bisphenol) and is highly resistant and dishwasher safe. The cutter head is made of fibreglassreinforced plastic and the ejector is made of Tritan, both are also dishwasher safe.

In contrast, the lower blade with the normal cutting edge causes the product to move upwards. Thus, thanks to the movement created by the different cutting edges, a much more uniform finish is obtained.
