Stabila - Stabiliser for drawers Rack and pinion stabiliser for larger drawers. Recommended for drawers over 900 mm in width. The synchronisation of the runners assists the opening and the closing action of wider handle-less drawers. Compatible both with Lineabox drawers and wooden drawers with full or part-extension runners.

Stabila - Assembly instruction Assembly of the runners and racks . Fixing both runners. Cut the rack according to the depth of the cabinet. Place the rack with the premounted double sided adhesive, using the runner as reference for the positioning. Fix the rack with screws 3.5 x 16 mm.

Fixing the gearbox mechanism. Screw-fix the gearbox with the screw included. Drill a hole Ø 2 mm and 2 mm depth.

Stabila - Assembly instruction Measuring and assembly of the stabiliser bar. Cutting the stabiliser bar. Press the connectors onto the bar and rotate the gearboxes in order to insert the bar. Rotate the gearboxes in the opposite direction to connect the elements.

Stabila - Assembly instruction Drawer installation. Place the drawer on the runners. Insert the drawer maintaining the alignment of the front panel to the cabinet. Push the drawer to close it completely to automatically engage the runners.

The adjustment feature allows the optimal value of insertion of gear teeth in the rack. Rotate the lever towards the outside to increase the insertion, towards the inside to reduce it. The optimal adjustment value confers a fluid sliding movement to the runners.
