OUR COMPANY – TOOL - ROOM A modern tool - room is the basis of the innova�ve manufacturing process. It is a place where injec�on moulds, extrusion tools, machinery and equipment necessary to manufacture finishing profiles are made. „Moving ahead by innova�on” is the mo�o that accompanies us in each step of design and development. DESIGN Our design office prepares designs of injec�on moulds on the basis of the latest versions of NX (UNIGRAFIX) and Auto - Cad so�ware. We check the accuracy of processing using CMM EROWA 3D measuring machine accurate to 0.001 mm. All our processing machines are equipped with EROWA fixing system. We produce a lot of machinery and equipment for PVC processing, star�ng from simple segments such as saws and pullers and ending up with extrusion systems, which include calibra�on tables with bathtubs, puller systems and the systems of PVC profile cu�ng. PRODUCTION The machines and devices of the reputable global companies together with technology prepared in our design office have resulted in the efficient and modern produc�on. Op�miza�on, the latest technological solu�ons and the en�re control of manufacturing process are a real challenge. We rely on our own technologies and patents, star�ng from the author’s chemical formulas, dosing pigments, mixing raw materials, and ending with the control of the manufacturing process. DESIGN SELECTION The manucturing of new decors of skir�ng boards is inspired by panels and floorboards. Thanks to the modern design department, where we have an opportunity to change the colour of the light, we create new pa�erns. COLOUR CONTROL To create new decors and to maintain their consistency, we use necessary devices called spectrophotometers.
