The fabrics are designed for various outdoor uses including awnings, garden outbuildings, camping cloths, blinds, shade sails, lightweight tents, and small removable structures.

Product Range and Specifications

Two main fabric types are presented: ARCADE FR and BLOCKLIGHT. Both are PVC coated fabrics with different weights and widths:

ARCADE FR: 500 g/m², width options 1.50 m and 3.02 m, flame retardant (M2 / B1 / BS / NFPA701 / B-S2-D0), UPF 50+ protection.
BLOCKLIGHT: 640 g/m², width options 2.50 m and 3.00 m, UPF 50+ protection.

Multiple color options are available, including RAL color codes, with special colors possible on request.

Material Composition and Physical Properties

Base Cloth: 550 dtex high tenacity polyester (PES HT).
Coating: PVC using the Lowick system with Cleangard finish on both sides for smoothness and dirt resistance.
Tensile Strength: 150/150 daN/5 cm (warp/weft).
Tear Strength: 15/15 daN.
Adhesion: 7 daN/5 cm.
Elongation under load: less than 1% warp, less than 3% weft.
Residual deformation: less than 0.4% warp, less than 1.2% weft.
Temperature Resistance: -30°C to +70°C (24h exposure).
Flame Retardancy: Certified to NF P 92503, DIN 4102, BS 7837 standards.

Performance Characteristics

Solar Protection: UPF 50+ providing 100% UV protection.
Solar Factor and Thermal Comfort: Fabrics combined with reference glazing show good solar reflection and absorption properties, enhancing thermal comfort.
Visual Transmission and Protection: Fabrics provide effective visual protection with varying degrees of opacity.
