Warranty Information
Warranties based on product type: unlimited for bronze recessed units, 5 years for chrome and PVD finishes, 2 years for other finishes and components. Covers manufacturing defects, excludes normal wear, improper cleaning, incorrect installation.

Warranty Coverage
Repair or replacement of defective parts at factory or authorized centers. Does not cover disassembly, reinstallation costs, or damages to surface materials or sanitary fittings. Warranty varies by product type:

Unlimited on built-in bronze bodies (excluding heads and cartridges).
5-year on Chrome and PVD finishes, non-visible elements of other finishes.
2-year on visible parts with Nickel, Nickel Matte, Bronze, Black Bronze, Silver, Rose Gold, and Gold finishes, electrical and electronic components, mechanical and thermostatic cartridges, ceramic heads.

Excludes normal wear, damage from excessive lime, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, anomalous use, unsuitable or non-original spare parts.

Complaints
Submit by registered letter within eight days of receiving goods. If no complaint, products considered accepted.

Regulations
Most products comply with EU regulations. No guarantee for compliance with national rules outside the EU.

Legal Jurisdiction
Disputes under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Novara, Italy.
