Components of the System

VANDEX RAPID 2: A rapid waterproof plugging compound used for installing pipes, with a consumption of approximately 2-3 kg for a 30 cm pipe, available in 15 kg buckets.
VANDEX RAPID S: A rapid waterproofing slurry with a consumption of approximately 2 kg/sq.m per 1 mm layer thickness, available in 25 kg bags.
VANDEX RAPID M: A rapid waterproof repair mortar with a consumption of approximately 2 kg/sq.m per 1 mm layer thickness, available in 25 kg bags.
VANDEX RAPID XL: A rapid reprofiling mortar with a consumption of approximately 2 kg/sq.m per 1 mm layer thickness, available in 25 kg bags.

Application Procedure

Pretreatment of cracks and joints.
Plugging of damaged pipe inlets and joints.
Sealing leaking joints with VANDEX RAPID M.
Reprofiling the top of the manhole with VANDEX RAPID S.
Smoothing of VANDEX RAPID S with a sponge.
Completion of the refurbished manhole.
