The HT50 kitchen system, designed by Massimo Castagna, revisits the classic "portal kitchen" concept popular in the 1980s but now largely absent from the market. This design frames the work area as a niche between base and wall units of equal depth, forming a portal structure. The niche includes under-wall units, open compartments, and countertop containers, creating distinct functional zones.

The aesthetic is minimal, rigorous, and refined, incorporating advanced servo-assisted electric "push-pull" door technology and high-quality materials. The "Interbase" zone is a defining feature of HT50, optimized with specific elements for technical, storage, and aesthetic purposes:

• 60 cm tall open units with contrasting lacquered interiors.
• Sliding glass door units in vivid colors for elegant contrast.
• 36 cm tall open or lift-up door units for small items or high-performance extractor hoods.
• Back panels available in burnished brass, stainless steel, or natural stone, with optional glass shelves.
• 60 cm roller door units for storing small countertop appliances.
• The worktop integrates with base unit fronts at a 45° bevel, creating a monolithic, handleless volume.
