Direct heat stock pot • Round kettle with heat diffusing base made of AISI 316L stainless steel, 8 mm thick. • 304 stainless steel clip, 20/10 thick. • Insulated by means of rock wool panels covered. • Double walled 304 stainless steel lid, hinged and balanced. • Handle with a knob made of insulated material. • Swivelling water spout controlled by hot / cold water knobs located on fagade. • Drainage by stop tap diameter 40 x 49 (1 1/2") with fold-down key, located on fagade. • 304 stainless steel removable filter. • A thermostat protects the kettle from any overheating due to lack of water. Note: regarding the water supply to the appliance, the installer shall comply with existing health regulations (e.g. disconnector for certain regions).
