Overview
Roseburg offers shelving manufactured with various core options, available either raw or with a finished face, back, and one edge. These shelves are designed for easy installation, precut to standard sizes suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The composite panels provide strength and durability.

Surface Options
The shelving is available in raw form or in a variety of solid colors and woodgrains. These surfaces are smooth, hard, and resistant to stains, abrasions, moisture, and fading.

Popular designs include RediShelf and MelaGard. Other designs can be requested.

Certifications and Sustainability
Roseburg shelving offers CARB ULEF Exempt and CARB Phase 2 Certified options, Eco-Certified Composite Core, and FSC Mix Credit Certification upon request. The products are made using 100% pre-consumer recycled wood fiber.

Handling and Storage
Shelves should be stored indoors in a dry, clean, well-ventilated area. Use spacers to prevent warping and keep units off the floor to avoid moisture absorption. Allow panels to acclimate to surrounding conditions for at least 72 hours before processing.

Manufacturing Locations
Production occurs in Dillard, OR; Missoula, MT; and Taylorsville, MS, with standard thickness being 3/4".

Core Options and Edge Treatment
Core options include UltraBlend Particleboard, SkyBlend Particleboard (ULEF), MDF, and Combination Fiber Core. Edge profiles and treatments vary from square unfinished to decorative edge bands.

Maintenance
Except for natural unfinished particleboard, shelves can be cleaned with warm water and mild soaps. Avoid cleaners with abrasives, acids, or alkalis. Damaged melamine can be repaired similarly to high-pressure laminate.

Machining and Sawing Tips
Carbide-tipped tools are recommended for machining. Proper maintenance of cutting tools is essential to prevent chipping and ensure smooth operation.
