Surfaces should be prepared by high pressure water or wet or dry blasting or similar means to remove previous coatings and dirt and deleterious material. Oil or grease should be removed by the use of a suitable degreaser. Dense, smooth surfaces should be textured by grit blasting or other means to give a mechanical key. Mix the powder with 8 - 10 litres of clean potable water using a slow speed drill and paddle mixer for 2 - 3 minutes (depending on mixer efficiency) to achieve an even slurry consistency. Application Apply the mixed material to the prepared and dampened surface by brush, roller or airless spray ensuring total coverage and a uniform surface appearance.
