Application Instructions:
  • Prepare concrete and steel surfaces by removing unsound material and cleaning to ensure adhesion.

  • Mix using a forced action mixer or slow speed drill with paddle attachment.
  • Apply mortar in layers, ensuring each layer adheres properly by keying and priming between layers.
  • Cure with Ronacrete Curing Membrane or polythene to prevent moisture loss.
Health and Safety: RonaBond HB40 products are non-hazardous, but protective clothing is recommended to prevent prolonged skin contact. In case of contact, wash with soap and water and seek medical advice if necessary.
Storage and Shelf Life: Store unopened between 10°C and 25°C in dry conditions. Shelf life is approximately 9 months.
