The Mobile Climbing Tower by Rockworks is a portable, trailer-mounted climbing wall designed for quick setup and use at events such as trade shows and corporate gatherings. It features a 7-meter high structure with customizable climbing surfaces and can accommodate up to four climbers simultaneously.
Specifications
- Height and Dimensions: The tower stands at 7 meters tall with a maximum width of 2.3 meters, depending on the surface design. The overall trailer length is up to 8 meters with a height of 2.5 meters when the tower is down.
- Climbing Features: The climbing surface area ranges from 40-50m², with bolt-on hold grid work covering 5-8m². Each square meter is equipped with four bolt-on holds, and additional sculpted surface features are optional.
- Capacity: The tower supports four standard top rope points, which can be converted to auto belay units if desired.
- Trailer Specifications: The trailer is constructed with an aluminum chassis, featuring a double axle with a 3500kg gross capacity. It includes heavy-duty wheels and a cast auto-reverse coupling system approved by EC standards.
- Hydraulic System: The tower is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system for easy setup, requiring approximately 10 minutes for a single person. It includes fail-safe hydraulics with PO check valves and an emergency lowering mechanism in case of power failure.
- Power Supply: The system is powered by two 12v parallel batteries with a charging circuit.
- Additional Features: The trailer includes hydraulic rear fold-down prop legs for stabilization, load spreader pads, and a hand-held wind speed indicator.

The 7m height structure has four standard belay points for top roped climbing and can also be provided with auto belay units.
