Chicago Metallic™ J Profiles
Chicago Metallic™ J Profiles are designed for specific applications with E edge tiles and wall panels. The J32x25x8 profile is suitable for T15 and Ultraline® grids, while the J40 profile is used with VertiQ A24 wall panels. Both profiles offer a perfect color match with ceiling grids and wall angles.
Assortment
The assortment includes various J Wall angles with different dimensions and color options. Each product is specified by length, color, pieces per pack, linear meters per pack, weight per pack, cartons per pallet, and weight per pallet.
Performance
- Reaction to Fire: Classified as A1, non-combustible according to EN 13501-1.
- Corrosion Resistance: Classified as B, with enhanced options available.
- Environment: Fully recyclable materials.
Specifications
Each J Profile has specific dimensions and material thickness of 0.5mm. They are designed to fit panels of varying thicknesses and allow for easy demounting.
Cleaning
Chicago Metallic grids can be cleaned with water and mild detergent using a melamine foam sponge or microfiber cloth.
Colours
Available in various RAL and NCS colors, with finishes ranging from matt to high gloss. Color measurements follow ISO standards, and actual colors may slightly deviate from references.
Load Bearing Performance
Tested according to EN 13964, ensuring the system does not exceed maximum deflection limits.
Corrosion Resistance
Products are made from hot dip galvanized steel, complying with EN 13964 standards, with additional protective layers for enhanced resistance.
