The SNACK RM 600 UNIT is a professional solution for smaller kitchens intended for use in small operating units, i.e. in restaurants with an envisaged capacity of up to 100 meals per day with emphasis on minute-cuisine. This unit consists of all basic kitchen appliances in 3 sizes – width 33, 66 and 99 cm and length 60 cm. The height of this unit is adjustable between 86 and 92 cm. The gas and electricity versions of the kitchen appliances are available with varying outputs (see table). Electric Range / with convection oven Snack Line 600 gas and elecgtric ranges are builded from pressed stainless steel AISI 304 on the top, casing is from AISI 430 0,8 mm. GL range is fitted by piezo lighting system, GLS is not fitted with it. For both version is used as basic robust stainless steel grid. Range is operated by 6 level control knob. Oven is sized for GN 1-1 and is operating at 3,13 kW. In models 90 is this range also equiped by storage cabinet placed on right side. The grids for oven GN 1/1 are always included.
