The supply of these big logs (both in WALNUT and OAK), their selection and cut, take much longer than the production of material with standard thicknesses. For this reason, the estimated lead times can be delayed by few weeks. These blocks cannot be worked when completely dried because of their big sizes, so the drying process takes place gradually in the new environment where they are placed. Possible movements of the wood, splits or cracks before and after the delivery, are characteristics completely natural and typical of a product in solid wood. For those clients who cannot accept these natural characteristics, we suggest the model BOSS BASIC, whose leg is in solid wood but in glued lists, empty inside, and not visible on the top.
