Order Specifications: Specify finish or RAL painting if different from standard RAL 9016 sablè. Indicate if RAL is glossy or matt. Specify valve and lock-shield group, type of connection, and center-to-center distances if non-standard.

Contract Acceptance: Orders are accepted based on General Sales Conditions unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Altech srl.

Pricing: Prices are EX-WORKS and may vary, excluding VAT. Errors in writing, printing, or calculation are not binding.

Payments: Payments must be made to Altech’s domicile. Late payments incur bank interest, and non-payment allows Altech to stop or cancel orders.

Transport and Risks: Altech does not assume transport risks if handled by the client. The buyer must verify goods upon arrival and report issues within eight days.

Delivery Terms: Goods are supplied EX-WORKS. Delivery terms are informative and not binding, subject to unforeseen events and force majeure.
