Reynaers has developed the Optima, a high-quality window system designed for high fabrication speed and flexibility. This system is tailored for Reynaers' new generation of window and door systems, offering innovations in flexibility, performance, and productivity.

Flexibility
The Optima system features a symmetrical accessories groove in the vent profile, allowing a single set of accessories to be used for various inward opening window types, including Turn, Turn-Tilt, Tilt-Turn, Bottom Hung, and double casement. The system reduces components from 50 to approximately 20, minimizing stock and logistic issues.

High Performance and Quality
The gear is designed to support up to 150 kg vent weight, making it suitable for larger and heavier glass. It includes an anti-burglary solution compliant with European WK2 standards, achieved with minimal additional components.

High Productivity
The Optima system enhances productivity by reducing the number of parts and simplifying the mounting process. Components easily click into place, and the acoustic gasket no longer requires cutting, reducing mounting time by at least 20%. The system is compatible with standard square pin handles, offering more design choices.

Reynaers Window Systems
The Optima gear integrates with existing Reynaers systems like Eco and CS 68, reusing outer frames and other components. The Eco system allows glass to be glued to the vent, increasing stability and reducing production time.
