DECK SMART is a ceramic deck reinforced with a composite for enhanced impact resistance and installation on raised floor structures. Support is required at 3 or 4 points depending on traffic intensity.
Assembly involves sequential slotting with bolts inserted perpendicularly into grooves and fixed to the structure. Cutting requires a manual scoring wheel tile cutter for ceramics and a saw for polymers. To remove or replace a piece, rotate the bolt 90° with a wrench.
Use water and neutral detergent, allowing the deck to air dry. A hard brush may be used for dirt removal.
Medium to high color variation is noted. Revigrés may modify or eliminate models, colors, sizes, references, and prices.
DECK SMART complies with ISO standards for dimensions, water absorption, rupture modulus, bending strength, abrasion resistance, thermal expansion, thermal shock resistance, frost resistance, and chemical resistance. It is tested for slip resistance and fire reaction.
