Introduction
Resoltech epoxy concentrated pigment pastes are designed to blend seamlessly with epoxy resins, providing uniform colors for coatings, paints, gelcoats, laminating, casting, or self-leveling resins. These pastes offer high tinting properties, requiring minimal quantities for effective coloring. The pigments contain minimal dispersant agents, ensuring they do not alter the film's behavior in paints. A wide range of 188 RAL colors is available, categorized into two price groups.

Application
Before use, homogenize the pigment with a stirrer. Incorporate the pigment paste into the resin while mixing. For see-through tints, reduce the pigment amount. Pigment pastes can be mixed to create non-RAL tints.

Mixing Ratio
Add up to 5% pigment paste by weight to the resin before mixing with the hardener. For water-based systems 1010 and 1010C, add the pigment to the hardener first. For quantities above 5%, consult Resoltech for guidance on the resin/hardener ratio.

Packaging
Available in 0.95 Kg boxes and 20 Kg buckets.

Transport & Storage
Store in sealed containers between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area. Products are guaranteed in original packaging until the expiry date.

Health & Safety
Avoid skin contact by wearing protective gloves and clothing. Use eye protection to prevent resin, hardener, solvent, or dust exposure. In case of eye contact, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Ensure adequate ventilation and use respiratory protection with ABEKP coded filters. INTRODUCTION Resoltech epoxy concentrated pigment pastes consist of pigments suspended in epoxy resin which allows them to blend thoroughly into epoxy resins to make very uniform colours. They are used to tint epoxy resins used as coatings, paints, gelcoats, laminating, casting or self levelling resins. The high tinting properties enable to use little quantities of pigment. The quantity to be used depends on the colour chosen as some colours cover better than other (yellows for example need higher quantities that other colours).
