Reactivities
The gel time for a 70mL sample at 23°C is 23 minutes, with an exothermic peak temperature of 120.7°C. Water absorption is minimal at 0.10%.

Reticulation & Post-Curing
To achieve maximum thermo-mechanical properties, a curing cycle of 4 hours at 120°C is recommended, resulting in a Shore D hardness of 70.

Mechanical Properties
Post-curing results in a flexion modulus of 1.93 GPa and maximum strength of 29.5 MPa. The product exhibits an elongation at break of 1.71%.

Radioelectric Transparency
The system is transparent to radio frequencies between 11-15 GHz, with a dielectric constant (ε’) of 2.4 and a loss tangent (tg Δ) of 0.025.

Packaging
Available in metal box kits of 0.5kg + 0.2kg, 3kg + 1.2kg, and 18kg + 7.2kg.

Health & Safety
Protective gear such as nitrile gloves, overalls, and eye protection is necessary. Adequate ventilation and respiratory protection with ABEKP filters are recommended. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is available.

Transport & Storage
Store in sealed containers between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area. Products are guaranteed in original packaging until the expiry date.
