Introduction
The RESOLTECH 8010 W / 8015 W system is a water-based sprayable epoxy filler designed for model and pattern making, as well as direct moulds. It cures at room temperature and is compatible with various substrates, including polystyrene. The system eliminates solvents, improving health and safety conditions for workers.

Mixing Ratio
The mixing ratio by weight is 100/21. Accurate adherence to this ratio is crucial to maintain mechanical properties. The mixture should be stirred thoroughly for homogeneity. Recommended application temperature is between 18-25°C.

Application
The filler can be applied using gravity spray guns, brushes, or flat spatulas. It is recommended to apply a layer of 1010 ECO / 1014 on porous substrates to limit water absorption. The system allows for multiple layers per day due to its fast drying and easy sanding properties.

Reactivities
Drying time varies with dilution. Pot life is 5 hours for a 70mL mix. The system becomes hard and sandable within 12 to 24 hours.

Available in various sizes: 0.5kg, 3kg, 10kg, and 15kg.

Health & Safety
Protective clothing and eye protection are necessary. Ensure adequate ventilation and use respiratory protection with ABEKP coded filters. Full Material Safety Data Sheets are available.

Transport & Storage
Store between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area. Keep containers sealed.

Reticulation & Post-Curing
The system cures at room temperature, with curing speed dependent on local conditions. Shore A hardness is measured at 23°C, with values of 85 and 78 for different dilutions.
