RESOLTECH 3350 with hardeners 3357T (standard) or 3358T (fast) is a high-performance structural epoxy adhesive. Mixing Ratio
The mixing ratio for 3350/3357T is 100/45 by weight and 2/1 by volume, while for 3350/3358T, it is 100/42 by weight and 2/1 by volume. Accurate mixing is crucial for optimal mechanical properties. Surfaces must be clean, dust-free, and degreased before application.

Application
The adhesive can be applied using various tools and is suitable for vertical and horizontal applications without sagging. It can be used in low temperatures and high humidity environments. The adhesive should be applied evenly, and parts should be maintained in contact during hardening.

Physical Characteristics
The adhesive appears as a pale yellow opaque gel, with densities at 23°C of 1.00 for 3350, 1.03 for 3357T, and 1.01 for 3358T.

Reactivities
Gel time at 23°C is 1h34min for 3350/3357T and 25min for 3350/3358T. The exothermic peak temperatures are 57°C and 166°C, respectively.

Mechanical Properties
Flexion modulus is 2.02 GPa, with a maximum strength of 63.5 MPa. The adhesive shows high resistance to crack propagation and shear resistance on steel.

Reticulation & Post-Curing
To achieve maximum properties, recommended curing cycles should be followed. Glass transition temperatures are 42.5°C for 3350/3357T and 45.9°C for 3350/3358T.

Packaging
Available in various metal box kits and buckets, as well as cartridges for dispensing guns.

Health & Safety
Protective clothing and eye protection are necessary. Adequate ventilation is required, and respiratory protection should be worn. Full Material Safety Data Sheets are available.

Transport & Storage
Store between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area. Products are guaranteed in original packaging.

RESOLTECH 3350 / 3357T or 3358T high performance unfilled adhesive offers high tenacity and toughness. Its good elongation ratio enables to bond most materials, even if they have a large CTE difference. The system rheology is close to a universal grease, making the mixing and application very easy with a spatula or even with a brush.
