The Resoltech 1050 ECO is a biobased structural laminating epoxy system designed for high-performance lightweight structures using various reinforcements such as glass, carbon, aramid, basalt, and natural fibers. It is free from CMR substances and optimized for low exotherm, low viscosity, and excellent air release properties. Suitable for small to XXL parts, it supports wet lay-up, infusion, injection molding, and filament winding.

Mixing and Application
The system requires precise mixing ratios for optimal mechanical properties. It can be applied by brush, roller, infusion, or injection. Recommended application temperature is 18-25°C.

- Viscosity varies with hardeners, ranging from 14 to 216 mPa.s at 23°C
- Density ranges from 0.94 to 1.16 at 23°C

Reactivities
Gel times and exothermic peak temperatures vary with hardeners, with gel times ranging from 13 minutes to 13 hours 13 minutes.

Reticulation & Post-Curing
To achieve maximum thermo-mechanical properties, recommended curing cycles must be followed. Glass transition temperatures (TG) and Shore D hardness are provided for different curing cycles.

Mechanical Properties
Flexion properties are detailed for both 14 days at 23°C and 16 hours at 60°C, showing variations in modulus, maximum strength, and elongation.

Packaging
Available in various kit sizes from 1kg to 1 ton.

Health & Safety
Protective gear is necessary to avoid skin and eye contact. Adequate ventilation and respiratory protection are recommended.

Transport & Storage
Store between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area, keeping containers sealed.
