Specifications:
GREYPACK Plates are made from polystyrene foam with added graphite for enhanced thermal performance. They are self-extinguishable and classified as reaction to fire class E according to EN 13501/1. Available sizes include 100x50 cm, 100x60 cm, 120x50 cm, 100x100 cm, and 200x100 cm, with various thicknesses ranging from 30 mm to 160 mm. Characteristics:
The insulating EPS panels are available in classes of 80, 100, 150, 200, and 250 KPa. Thermal conductivity is measured at 0.030 W/Mk for EPS 100 KPa and 0.031 W/Mk for EPS 150 KPa, according to EN 12667. Compression resistance is 100 KPa for EPS 100 and 150 KPa for EPS 150, as per EN 826. Steam permeability ranges from 30 to 70, according to EN 12086.

Transmission Values:
The thermal transmission (U) values for different thicknesses of EPS are as follows: 40 mm - 0.75 W/m2K, 50 mm - 0.60 W/m2K, 60 mm - 0.50 W/m2K, 80 mm - 0.38 W/m2K, and 100 mm - 0.30 W/m2K.
