Product Overview
REGUPOL SOUND 15 is an impact and airborne sound insulating underlayment designed for various floor structures, including under screed beds and floating floors. It is suitable for traffic loads of ≥ 5 N/m² and is CE certified.

Material Composition
The product is made of polyurethane-bonded elastomers with a dimpled profile on the underside and laminated sheeting on top. Each sheet weighs 4.5 kg, with a density of 3.7 kg/m².

Dimensions
Length: 1,000 mm, Width: 1,200 mm, Thickness: 12 mm.

Applications
Suitable for residential and commercial use, including floor renovations, new buildings, and reconstructions with traffic loads ≥ 5 kN/m².

Certification
European Technical Assessment ETA-17/1019.

Acoustical Performance
Tested with an 85 mm cement screed and a 140 mm concrete slab, achieving a sound reduction of ∆Lw ≥ 30 dB according to DIN EN ISO 10140-3 and DIN EN ISO 717-2 standards.

Compliant with VOC standards, nitrosamine, and PAH regulations, achieving an “A+” rating as per décret n°2011-321.

Compressive Stress and Bedding Modulus
Tested as per DIN 18134 and DIN EN 826, with varying compressive stress and settlement values.

Impact Sound Reduction
Detailed test results show a frequency-dependent sound reduction, with a total impact sound reduction of ∆Lw = 30 dB as per ISO 717-2.
