This method is recommended for exterior wall or floor tiles, tiles larger than 35x35 cm, or tiles subject to large loads. Adhesive is applied to both the support structure and the tile's rear side.
Before fixing, tiles from several boxes should be mixed and placed on the support surface to verify the finish. Tiles must be fixed with straight and regular spaces, with a minimum gap of 1.5 mm. Excess adhesive should be removed before setting.
Structural joints must be as deep as the base support with a minimum width of 6 mm. Grouting should occur 24 hours after tile installation, using CG2 material or RG1 for high resistance needs.
Final cleaning involves removing cement and grout residues using slightly acidic detergents diluted with water. Avoid hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid cleaners. Pre-wet surfaces to prevent absorption of cleaning agents.
