All under one roof It all starts in our casthouse where we smelt aluminium ingots into extrusion billets. Once the metal has been smelted and its chemical composition adjusted, it is cast into billet shapes in the casting machine. The billets then undergo homogenization treatment, followed by controlled cooling. Lastly, the billets are cut to the desired measurement and prepared for shipping.
