SWEET KIT
The Sweet Kit® is a dessert trolley designed by Patrick Sarran, intended to enhance the presentation of desserts as a part of the dining experience. It is designed to be both functional and visually appealing, making the service a spectacle.
Cooling System
The trolley features a ventilated cooling system that maintains a temperature of around 10°C during service. It is important to note that it is not a refrigerated display for continuous preservation, and sensitive products should only be used for a single service.
Models
There are two models available: a large model (100 cm in length) with two Pacojets bowls for ice cream, and a standard model (85 cm in length) without the bowls.
Design and Materials
The trolley is crafted with high-quality materials including solid beech wood, Krion® resin, and tempered glass. It features soft-tyred wheels for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded.

- Standard model: 875 x 1250 x 550 mm
- Preparation shelf: 500 x 265 mm
- Tempered glass shelf: 695 x 180 mm and 820 x 180 mm
Materials and Facilities
The trolley includes solid beech legs, a Krion® board, and methacrylate transparent parts. It is equipped with supersoft tyres and a stainless steel hull support.
Finishes
Available in natural or stained black beech finishes. Customization options include lacquer finishes and logo applications.
Cold Pack
Includes two sets of eutectic cold packs, each providing approximately four hours of cooling.
Electronic Module
The trolley features a programmable electronic module with a 12V NiMh battery, offering around 12 hours of autonomy. It includes a discreet luminous signal and is supplied with a charger.
Maintenance
Functional parts can be removed without tools. The glass can be cleaned with a conventional cleaner, and the board can be washed with water and an abrasive sponge.
Customization Options
Customizations include lacquer or stain colors, logo engraving, and an oak structure option.
