Quinette Gallay “Bilboquet” tipping system, allowing swift and tool-less removal of seat. For back and seat, fabric with 5mm CMHR foam backing, finished with netting 15g/m². End of row shells in plywood and solid wood, stained and double coated polyurethane varnish. Lateral pedestals shared by two chairs supporting a cradle that receives the backrest and seat pan. Seat cover is removable by mean of zip for ease of maintenance. Plywood curved structure, 13.5 mm thick, moulded by high frequency press, overflowing the upholstered element. Inside the back is a screwed plastic case, to allow fitting on foot. Panels in rotary cut, beech veneer, vertical grain, finished with 2 layers of polyurethane varnish, on faces and edges. Seat tipping by means concealed in boxes, on either side of the seat and assembled on the pedestal. Fully upholstered with rigid inner fire retardant structure with metal insert integrated during moulding process. Two fastening floor anchors per pedestal and simple assembly of the pedestal by four screws. Black satin finish paint RAL 9005 corrosion protection 400 hours salt fog. No adjustment nor maintenance required. CMHR polyurethane foam, density 25 to 30 kg/m3 glued on a plywood structure. Floor fixings: On concrete, 60 mm minimum on thickness, 2 plugs and bolts 8-50 per foot. On wood: 38 mm minimum on thickness, 4 bolts 7-50 per foot.
