ThermoRange ® System (TRS) with PureSolution™ Technology Description Owens Corning™ Range Insulation with PureSolution™ Technology is designed for high temperature commercial and industrial applications up to 1,000°F. Compared to current GEM® product offerings, the thinner product spectrum along with the high temperature, flexibility and conformability attributes make it excellent insulation for appliance range insulation. The PureSolution™ Technology white insulation provides excellent design flexibility along with outstanding dimensional stability. Applications benefit from a system approach, and soft userfriendly texture provides ease of handling and installation. Owens Corning™ Range Insulations with PureSolution™ Technology offers excellent thermal performance with virtually no smoke and odor at elevated temperatures. Key Features • User-friendly fibers result in less dust levels and less irritation for installers in comparison to binder based products • Up to 1,000°F operating temperatures Nominal K value [BTU-in/(hr • ft 2 °F)] 1. Thickness value for the product family is nominal. Product control is on thermal conductivity. Products come in thicknesses between ¾" - 1¼" thicknesses in ¼" increments. These measured absorption coefficients are representative of the product with mean specification properties.
