It seals against air and moisture infiltration. It is formulated to resist mildew and mold growth. It resists UV and weather exposure. It is designed to maintain its adhesive properties under high humidity conditions to provide a long lasting seal over Owens Corning™ housewrap products seams and general construction repairs. Uses BILD-R-TAPE® Construction Tape is designed and engineered to secure seams of Owens Corning™ housewrap products and for general construction repair. Installation Instructions The surface of the material to which BILD-R-TAPE® Construction Tape is applied must be clean, dry and free of oil and dust.
