Datasheet SANITEC SB10 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SANITEC SB10 is a hygienic, anodised aluminum internal cove, suitable for use in the food industry, public places and areas subject to frequent cleaning (kitchens). The profile is applied before the floor and wall covering is laid, perfectly integrated into the wall. For tile thicknesses up to 4.5 mm, it is used alone, while for greater thicknesses it is combined with Trimtec TR and Kerajolly KJ profiles. Thanks to the special curvature and the resistance characteristics of the material used, it guarantees hygiene and cleanliness in internal corners between walls or between wall and floor. It is therefore ideal in public areas meeting hygiene regulations. TECHNICAL FEATURES Length: 2,70 meters The SB10 can be used alone, for 4.5 mm thick tiles, and in combination with the TR or KJ profiles for greater thicknesses. MATERIAL DESCRIPTION Aluminum The primary aluminum alloy EN AW-6060 in T6 temper is suitable for complex extrusions, offering high strength and an excellent natural surface finish that lends itself well to subsequent finishing processes. ANODIZED ALUMINUM: The anodic oxidation process provides protection against corrosion caused by atmospheric agents, without involving galvanic treatments. According to the EN 12373 standard, the profiles are treated with preventive processes that make them uniformly opaque, subsequently they are coloured through an electro-chemical oxidation process in the standard colours Silver, Gold, Bronze, Copper and Titanium with a thickness of up to 10 microns.
