Datasheet COFLEX CR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The patented COFLEX CR series optimizes the angular connections between floors and walls, guaranteeing the right expansion, creating a hygienic connection for cleaning and creating an acoustic cut to interrupt the propagation of noise between contiguous structures. COFLEX CR consists of a basic module in rigid/soft coextrusion (Art. CR 16) and additional modules (Art. KJ series) which fit inside the basic module, creating the height required by the thickness of the tile and guaranteeing the perfect fixing with the coating. By inserting the KJ in the rail of the CR16 coving there is an increase of 2 mm: for this reason the KJ profiles must be ordered 2 mm smaller than the thickness of the tile. TECHNICAL FEATURES Length: 2,70 meters Example assembled with KJ MATERIAL DESCRIPTION Synthetic Co-extruse basic module RESINIL Thermoplastic synthetic resin for COEXTRUSION: Made from primary resin whose composition based on Polyvinyl Chloride characterizes it for high resistance and optimized compatibility with regards to long-lasting adhesion with plasticized resins used in the coextrusion process, i.e. the permanent union of two materials with different degrees of Shore hardness. RESINFLEX Plasticized thermoplastic synthetic resin: Made from primary resin, its polyvinyl chloride composition provides high resistance and compatibility with Resinil in the COEXTRUSION process we use in most expansion joints. Thanks to the nature of the plasticizers used, the material maintains its essential elasticity characteristics over time.
