The Audiophile’s USB Turntable Turntable Features • A silent running AC motor with two-step metal pulley drives the hub and platter via a flat-ground belt. • The medium density fiber plinth uses four shock absorbing feet. Debut III™ / Phono USB Transfer treasured vinyl records to any digital file format with audiophile sound quality using Pro-Ject’s new USB turntable and Phono Preamplifier. Project’s legendary Debut III is now available in a new configuration designed for the “digital age”. Fitted with an onboard moving magnet phono preamplifier, A/D converter and USB output, this remarkable turntable is capable of performing the digitalization of analog signals for recording direct to you computer via a USB interface and suitable music recording software (not included*). High-fidelity audio is ensured by Pro-Ject’s use of dual-mono low-noise preamplifier circuitry, accurate RIAA equalization and the exceptional performance of the Debut III tonearm/ phono cartridge and drive mechanism. The Debut III / Phono USB is a music lovers dream providing the ability to enjoy your favorite records via portable digital playback, computer network or server based media systems. *Compatible with Windows®, MacOS® and Linux® operating systems. • Drive motor is decoupled from the plinth to reduce vibration transmission. • The nearly three pound sheet-steel sandwiched platter provides excellent speed stability and protects records with a felt mat. • A precision chrome-plated stainless-steel axle couples the platter to a polished ball bearing in a brass housing for low resistance and ultra-quiet rotation. • An external power supply reduces the chance of electro-mechanical interference.
