Polidren Technical sheet
Polidren is a drainage pipe with a corrugated exterior and smooth interior, available in diameters of 63, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, and 200 mm.
The pipe is made from a neutral high-density polyethylene blend, with added coloring masterbatch and anti-UV components for resistance up to 1 year at 130 KLangley.
The exterior is green, and the interior is black.
Polidren is suitable for agricultural, sporting, and building drainage applications.
Operational temperature range is -10 to +40°C. The pipe is a flame propagator.
The minimum bending radius is 8 times the nominal diameter (DN).
The pipe can withstand a compression resistance of ≥ 300 N with a vertical deflection of 5% of the original inside diameter, based on internal specifications from CEI EN 50086-2-4 ed. 01/95 A1 Variant ed.08/01.
The number of slots and their dimensions vary by diameter, with a collection surface ranging from ≥60 to ≥100 cm²/m.
Available in rolls of 50 meters or 25 meters (25 meters for DN 200), with a length tolerance of ± 1%.
Connections are made using high-density polyethylene couplers.
The pipe is designed for buried installation, as detailed in the current Technical Manual.
