NATURAL LIGHT EFFECTS A dark tunnel ending in a pool or in an aqua catch can have natural light effects added, which makes it possible for the natural daylight to go through the colorful effect inside the tunnel. These effects, created naturally, take different forms depending on the status of the daylight during the day. This is certainly a dynamic living experience rather than a static effect, one that does not require electricity. When you look at the slide from the outside, you can see the unique and colorful patterns on its outer surface.

In order to increase the safety of a waterslide, a traffic light installation is recommended. The traffic light indicates when one is allowed to go down the waterslide. INSULATION The thermal insulation system is based on the additional shielding laminate made with a smooth external surface of the insulation made of polyurethane sprayed from the inside. Polyurethane insulation layer with a thickness of about 3 cm is closed with the laminate coating. The elements of guards in the place of connection of the various slides’ elements, are connected to each other by laminate stripes fitted individually. The system requires no maintenance, but inspections in accordance with the equipment operating instructions.

HARD CONNECTIONS The hard connections are specially made vertical flanges of the slides, that enable the connection of the individual elements of the slide. The vertical gaps between the flanges at the bottom of the tube are filled with vinyloester adhesive mass, which causes the surface flatness and smoothness. With a perfectly smooth surface over the entire length of the slip, the ride becomes more comfortable. TUBES WITHOUT THE LENGTH FLANGE Tubes without the length flange are the latest Pol – Glass innovative solution. These are the elements of slides made without the length flange. This allows the elimination of mold and bacterial outbreaks. It is a very important aspect as well as an essential advantage of Pol – Glass slides, since tubes without the length flange eliminate the problem of regular and ongoing maintenance of these places. Additionally, they are the aesthetic value of Pol – Glass slides as well.

LANDING UNITS’ TYPES All types of landing units are made of the same class of laminate as the Pol – Glass’ slides. The outer layer of the landing unit is smooth. Depending on the slide type, landing units vary in size and output direction. A characteristic feature of landing units, aqua catch in particular, is their small depth, which allows the youngest for the safe use of slides. START ELEMENTS The start element is a place where the water is supplied to the slide with the helps of pumps installed. There is usually the signalization at the start element (incorporated in the start element), but it may also be placed beside the start element as a separate, individual device. Start elements are available in various, optional colors. Moreover, all types of start elements are made of the same class of laminate as the Pol-Glass’ slides.

The staircase is an element which acts as the communication link. It is most frequently available in the form of a spiral, hot – dip galvanized and painted with the protective paint system. Steps can have a laminate overlay, as well as can be completely made of laminate or riffled plate. The most commonly used and recommended type of a handrail is the handrail made of stainless steel.
