Different manufacturing processes provide their own individual qualities and are suited to a range of different applications. Needlepunch Durable and hardwearing, needlepunch surfaces are created by layering staple polypropylene fibres to the required weight, then needling them to the correct density. Suitable for indoor use, though predominately installed outdoors, needlepunch products can be sand dressed or sand filled.
