Product catalog summary
Product Overview
Horus is a self-supporting, monolithic panel designed for installation on a concealed grid. It features abutting sides and square edges, allowing for easy suspension and disassembly from below. The panel is adaptable in length and width, providing flexibility and a solid, monolithic ceiling surface. It is particularly suitable for ventilating plenums in hospitals and offers complete access through easy disassembly.

Installation and Specifications
Horus panels are installed according to DTU 58.1 standards. For beam grid installations, panels are disassembled by pushing upwards and sliding sideways, ensuring proper alignment upon repositioning. The panels are available in widths of 300, 400, and 600 mm, with lengths ranging from 900 to 2700 mm. They are made from galvanized steel and come in various finishes, including polyester prepainted and powder-coated options.

Acoustic and Fire Performance
Acoustic panels offer sound absorption with αw values up to 1, depending on perforations and materials. Classic panels have an αw of 0.20. Fire reaction ratings include A1 for prepainted solutions and A2,s1,d0 for powder-coated solutions.

Environmental and Health Considerations
Horus ceilings are fully recyclable, sustainable, and maintain indoor air quality by being inert, odour-free, and free from VOCs and formaldehydes. They do not promote microbial growth.

Design and Customization
The panels can be customized with various perforation patterns and finishes. Factory cut-outs and integrations are available on request. The panels can be installed in corridors and beam grid configurations, with specific profiles and hangers for support.

Perforation Options
Horus panels offer multiple perforation designs, including U-shaped and M-shaped patterns, with varying percentages and diameters to suit different acoustic and aesthetic requirements.
