- Module dimensions: 600 x 600 mm, 600 x 1200 mm, 675 x 675 mm, 625 x 625 mm, and custom sizes.
- Materials: 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel, 0.6 mm thick aluminum on request.
- Colours and finishes: White 137 (≈ RAL 9003) prepainted, RAL 9006 metallic grey on request, 180 RAL colours available with polyester powder coating.
- Packaging: 600 x 600 mm tiles packaged in 14 tiles or 5.04 m², pallets of 28 packages or 141.12 m². Grid not included.
- Installation according to DTU 58.1.
- Disassembly by lifting the panel in the grid, with optional anti-lifting fixture using peripheral brackets CA113.
- Sound Absorption: aw up to 0.80 with ALPHA offer, aw up to 1 with ALPHA PLUS offer.
- Reaction to Fire: Euroclass A1 for prepainted products, Euroclass A2-s1, d0 for powder-coated products.
- Light Reflection: High light reflection properties.
- Fully recyclable, sustainable, easy to maintain, and inert.
- No dust, particles, vapour, VOCs, or formaldehydes emitted.
- Does not promote microbial growth.
- ALPHA offer: PLAFOMETAL black acoustic fleece bonded to the back of perforated panels.
- ALPHA PLUS offer: Covered with a specific mineral wool pad in thin plastic film.
- Factory cut-outs available on request.
- Perforations available on aluminum upon request.
- Unperforated peripheral border on all panels.
- Unperforated, M-shaped, and U-shaped perforations with varying percentages and dimensions.
