Thanks to quantities and standardization, PILOMAT is able to manufacture according to industrial production principles. Bollards are designed in a modular form. Most parts are die-cast, molded or laser cut. Critical components like pumps, hoses, logic boards are custom built by specialized suppliers. The result is a mass-produced equipment with the quality and reliability typical of an industrial production.

The cylinders of all bollards have a matching design, allowing for the combination of automatic, semiautomatic and fixed bollards. Thanks to the EFO function (Emergency Fast Operation), the bollards, road blockers, lift barriers and tyre killers can extend very quickly, in about 1,5s.

BUILT-IN HYDRAULIC UNIT The integrated hydraulic unit provides great advantages, among which: greater protection of the main components, less quantity of oil used and distance between the bollard and the control unit up to 80m. CONTROL UNIT Our control unit, based on the master-slave concept, allows for an easy management of multiple installations. It may be equipped with control elements (key selector, radio trasmitters, code switches,...) and/or other accessories.

P-CONNECT P-Connect is the access control device that allows for the remote management of your Pilomat systems, wherever you are, quickly and easily. It is designed for Pilomat automatic bollards, road blockers and tyre killer Big. It is compatible with existing systems controlled by GSM modules, remote controls and other access control systems.
