The K series doors are constructed using High Pressure Laminate (HPL) with a thickness of 14 mm, certified as B-s1, d0. This material is highly resistant to water, steam, and chemicals, making it ideal for various environments. The frame is made of natural anodised aluminium, and the aluminium hinges include an internal spring mechanism for automatic closing.
The doors are equipped with nylon Patentverwag locks featuring a vacant/occupied indicator that can be operated from the outside in emergencies. Alternatively, Meroni "FORMA" locks with a key or lock-out device are available.
The maximum height of the door is 210 cm. The door width is specified as the door width plus 70 mm. The height from the ground and other dimensions are designed according to standards, with a minimum door compartment height of 200 cm and a maximum of 210 cm.
The wall hole width is designed according to standards, with a minimum of 10 mm. The wall thickness is also designed according to standards, featuring an aluminium frame and HPL cover.
