Concrete maturity What ist concrete maturity? Maturity of concrete indicates the status of the concrete in the curing process in maturity hours. Maturity is described by the relationship between the concrete temperature, time and strength development. It is a concept that has been researched since the 1950s and several mathematical methods (e.g. Nurse-Saul, the Dutch Weighted Method, Arrhenius) address this proportion and are established with international standards (ASTM C 1074-10 A1 (US), EN 13791 (EU), BS 6089 (UK)). Temperature, strength and maturity To monitor the strength development...

How PASCHAL Maturix in-situ is used? Wireless temperature sensors enable time savings and better planning for in-situ casting of concrete. Temperature (Device 1) Based on temperature measurements, you get the strength and maturity status. How to access the data? The transmitter measures temperature (standard setting every 10 minutes) using a thermocouple directly in the concrete and transfers the data via a gateway (optional) to the cloud. The data then can be accessed in real-time in the online web portal. Gateway (optional) What about the software? The user-friendly software gives you all...
