Product InformationPASCHAL offers advanced climbing brackets that are adaptable to specific construction settings, enhancing flexibility and time efficiency. These brackets are compatible with all PASCHAL
formwork systems.
Climbing System 240
This system enhances efficiency and cost-effectiveness by adjusting to structure geometry and allowing larger formwork units. Specifications include a bracket depth of 2.40 m, live loads for working platforms at 4.5/3.0 kN/m², concrete platforms at 1.5 kN/m², and suspended scaffolds at 1.0 kN/m², with an inclination of +/- 15°.
Climbing System 200
A versatile system designed for safe and economical climbing, featuring rigid or slidable climbing brackets, adjustable props, boards, railings, and possibly suspended scaffolds. It has a bracket depth of 2.00 m and live loads for working platforms at 3.0 kN/m² and suspended scaffolds at 1.0 kN/m².
Climbing Platform KBK 180
This folding platform serves as a working and climbing scaffold, delivered ready-assembled. It has a bracket depth of 1.80 m and live loads for working platforms at 3.0 kN/m² and suspended scaffolds at 1.0 kN/m².
Dam Bracket SPK 270
Used for single-sided climbing in projects like reservoir dams and harbor constructions. The formwork panels can be tilted in variable positions on the dam brackets.
Lifting Platforms
These platforms are used for working and moving inside formwork for elevator shafts and staircase cores. They have a maximum beam span of 5.00 m, spacing of 1.70 m, and load capacity of 2 kN/m² plus the dead weight of the formwork, or 3 kN/m² without formwork.
General Construction Supervisory Approval
The PASCHAL Climbing Cone M30/DW15 has received General Technical Approval, providing a standardized anchoring system for all PASCHAL climbing and platform systems, ensuring secure dimensioning.
