data sheet POPLAR PLYWOOD "TUTTO PIOPPO" DESCRIPTION Panguaneta "TUTTO PIOPPO" is a poplar plywood totally made of poplar veneers. Outer faces with longitudinal grain. Cross grain or unidirectional grain available on request. Poplar plywood highlights all the peculiarities of the used wood: light weight, light-colour, high homogeneity with a barely perceptible grain. Panguaneta POPLAR PLYWOOD "TUTTO PIOPPO" is made in accordance with the European and International technical regulations in force. APPLICATIONS POPLAR PLYWOOD "TUTTO PIOPPO" is suitable for all those application fields that enhance all its main features: lightweight, stability, ease of cutting and machining, low formaldehyde release. - AUTOMOTIVE - DESIGN - RETAILERS - CONSTRUCTION - BOATBUILDING - PACKAGING - FURNITURE QUALITY CLASSIFICATION The quality classification follows the indications of EN 635-2 standards FORMALDEHYDE RELEASE Class E1 in accordance with UNI EN 636 standard (test case UNI EN 717-2). On demand, only for Class 1 gluing, POPLAR PLYWOOD "TUTTO PIOPPO" can be produced in accordance to CARB-PHASE 2 standards. GLUING in accordance with norm UNI EN 636 - CLASS 1: for internal use in dry conditions - CLASS 2: for internal use in humid conditions - CLASS 3: for external use in humid conditions CE MARKING POPLAR PLYWOOD "TUTTO PIOPPO" is available with CE marking, in accordance with rule EN 13986, to be used in the building industry as non-structural component, in accordance with the Council Directive 89/106/EEC. CE 2+ marking for structural use is also available on demand, only for Class 3 gluing.
