data sheet ILOMBA-TWIN PLYWOOD DESCRIPTION Panguaneta ILOMBA-TWIN plywood is a panel made of outer faces peeled exotic Ilomba with poplar inner-layers. Outer faces with longitudinal grain. Panguaneta exotic plywood meets the programs for forest sustainable development. Panguaneta ILOMBA-TWIN plywood features: versatility, ideal support for the decorative coating materials or component in the realization of many composites. APPLICATIONS Panguaneta ILOMBA-TWIN plywood is suitable for all those application areas where its features can be enhanced: - AUTOMOTIVE - BOATBUILDING - FURNITURE QUALITY CLASSIFICATION The quality classification follows the indications of EN 635-2 standards FORMALDEHYDE RELEASE Class E1 in accordance with UNI EN 636 standard (test case UNI EN 717-2). On demand, only for Class 1 gluing, ILOMBA-TWIN plywood can be produced in accordance to CARB-PHASE 2 standards. GLUING in accordance with norm UNI EN 636 - CLASS 1: for internal use in dry conditions - CLASS 2: for internal use in humid conditions CE MARKING CEIBA-TWIN plywood is available with CE marking, in accordance with rule EN 13986, to be used in the building industry as non-structural component, in accordance with the Council Directive 89/106/EEC of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products. CERTIFICATIONS On demand the product is available with the following certifications: - FSC - PEFC - FIRE RETARDANT PANGUA-FIRE B-S2, d0 - CARB - Phase 2 Product certification is granted only when specified on the shipping documents.
