DESCRIPTION Roof panel with an external sheet of imitation tile and insultating core made of high-desinty PUR or PIR foam, about 40 kg/m3. It is a sandwich panel with a very high aesthetic finish, with great mechanical resistance and highthermal insulation. Thanks to all this, it is especially recommended for residential use. We have several exterior finishes (outer side), such as Red Tile, Aged Albero or Gray Slate, while the inner side can be made in standard colours or in imitation Wood. Assembly is very simple, since one panel overlaps the next one, and is screwed directly into the structure. In this way, costs are reduced and at the same time a spectacular result is obtained. CROSS SECTION OF RED TILE PANEL In the installation and assembly process of the Tile Panel, we must ensure the correct overlap between two adjacent plates, so that the EPDM joint protects from posible condensations. The panel is attached directly to the structure from the highest point of the tile with the provided self-drilling screws that ensure a correct fixing. Although polyurethane is not a hydrophilic material, it is reccomended to complete the installation with the appropiate accesories and endings to guarantee maximum protection during the long life of the material.
