Note: Manufacturing sizes for core thicknesses 140, 160, 180, and 200 mm are 2490 x 600 and 2990 x 600 exclusively. Design loads are provided, and safety is in accordance with DB SE-M (March 2006).

The Herakustik Wood Sandwich Panel features a magnesia-reinforced chipboard optimized for interior cladding and acoustic absorption. It includes a high-density extruded polystyrene insulation core, water-repellent chipboard, and Herakustik board. It is sound-absorbing, water-repellent, fire-resistant, and resistant to fungal and parasitic pests. Common thicknesses are 40, 60, 80, and 100 mm, providing adequate thermal insulation.

The recommended installation method is the 'tresbolillo' to minimize gaps and potential leaks. Each panel requires three supports with three fittings embedded in the outer chipboard. Self-drilling screws are provided for installation on metal or wooden structures, with specific penetration requirements (20 mm for metal, 60 mm for wood). Proper installation ensures long-term performance and reduces repair and replacement needs.
