Technical Specifications
The Acoustic Rockwool Siding panels are constructed with pre-lacquered steel on both the outer and inner sides, with Rockwool insulation available in thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 200mm. The panels can be manufactured up to 12 meters in length and are available in various common colors.

Fireproof Rockwool Siding Description
This siding panel features a rock wool insulation core with a micro-perforated bottom sheet to enhance sound absorption and minimize reverberations. The mineral fibers are compacted to ensure maximum protection and easy assembly. The panels are designed to be joined together to provide watertightness against leaks and humidity. The materials used comply with the EN 508-1 standard and can be coated with various finishes such as PET, Plastisol, PVC, PVDF, PS50, PS55, and PS200.

Installation Procedure
The installation process involves placing rails or U-shaped guides on the ground to position the panels. The first panel is secured to the structure and joined with subsequent panels using a tongue and groove system. This method ensures fire-resistant construction, providing sufficient time for evacuation in case of a fire.

Technical Characteristics
High Density Panels: These panels have varying overload capacities depending on thickness, with thermal transmittance coefficients ranging from 0.192 to 0.690 W/m2K and fire resistance ratings from EI30 to EI240.
Low Density Panels: These panels also have different overload capacities and similar thermal transmittance coefficients, with a fire resistance rating of A2-s1-d0.

Acoustic Performance
The panels provide sound reduction with Rw values of ≥ 33 dB and Ra values of ≥ 32.5 dBA for high-density panels, and Rw values of ≥ 31 dB and Ra values of ≥ 30.5 dBA for low-density panels, across all thicknesses.
